First of all (or as my husband would say, "First of off") if you're a perfectionist, OCD grammatician, you probably don't want to read this blog.

Anyway, we started this club, not because we didn't have anything better to do, but because we had so much to do we needed to take time out for us. We're always so busy with work, school, and family that we fell into the routine of eating at the same restaurants and never took time for ourselves. So we decided to start this club to get outside, explore the city, read new books, then do what we do best - TALK about it.

Currently there are six of us girls who get together each month and decide on a book to read. The second Monday of each month we meet at a local coffee shop and the fourth Monday of the month we meet at a restaurant no one's tried before. Hopefully, we'll start posting reviews on the books we read and places we eat so stay tuned!
